Mae88 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the mae88 platform. By registering for or using any of our services, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to all provisions stated below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. Mae88 reserves the right to update these terms from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using mae88's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
To use the mae88 platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age stipulated in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- Register as a verified user and provide information that is truthful, accurate, and complete.
- Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited from using online betting services in Malaysia or your country of residence.
- Use the platform on behalf of any other individual or entity without valid written authorisation from mae88.
Mae88 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend the account of any user who does not meet the above requirements, without prior notice.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one mae88 account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without refund of any balance. When registering, you are required to provide your full name, a valid email address, and an active Malaysian phone number.
Mae88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of your IC or passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to submit the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. mae88 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the mae88 support team immediately at [email protected].
Any activity that occurs through your account — whether with your knowledge or not — remains your responsibility until you notify us in writing that you have lost control of your account. Mae88 will not be liable for losses resulting from a user's failure to maintain account security.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
By using the mae88 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised means to access or exploit the platform.
- Attempting to hack, infiltrate, or disrupt the security of mae88's systems or servers.
- Engaging in transaction fraud, including the use of unauthorised credit cards or bank accounts.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
- Transferring, selling, or renting your mae88 account to any other party.
- Abusing the bonus, promotion, or offer system in a manner contrary to the intent of the stated terms.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, balance freezing, and legal action where mae88 deems necessary. mae88's decisions in such matters are final.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information
Deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
All deposit and withdrawal transactions on mae88 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details provided are accurate and belong to them. mae88 does not process payments to third-party accounts.
Withdrawal Terms
Before your first withdrawal is processed, you are required to complete a one-time identity verification. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 business hours once all requirements are met. Mae88 reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending investigation if any suspicious activity is detected on the account.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions are subject to the wagering requirements stated separately. Misuse of the bonus system — including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and account closure.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
The mae88 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no implied warranty that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or financial loss. Mae88 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, including losses due to technical disruptions, odds display errors, or system delays.
In cases where a technical error causes incorrect odds or payouts to be displayed, mae88 reserves the right to void the affected transactions and refund the original stake to the user. Overpayments resulting from system errors may be reclaimed by mae88.
All content on the mae88 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of mae88 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any such content without the express written consent of mae88.
Links to third-party websites or services that may appear on the platform are provided for convenience only. Mae88 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You access such links entirely at your own risk.
Account Policy, Terms Changes & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Mae88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, illegal activity, or a security risk. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms by the user, mae88 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending further investigation.
Users may also close their own accounts by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Once an account is closed, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal within 7 business days, subject to the applicable identity verification requirements.
Changes to These Terms
Mae88 reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the mae88 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. If no resolution is reached, the parties agree to refer the dispute to a mutually agreed arbitration process.
